What is the difference between the Real Ticket and the Ticket?

Real Ticket (€30) – Best seats in the venue, closer to the artists. Seats are reserved, and at EmbaiXada, a table is included.Ticket (€20) – Remaining seats in the venue, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. This ticket type includes a €5 student discount.

At Pavilhão Chinês (Thursdays) and the EmbaiXada (Sundays), drinks can be ordered before the concert begins. Any drinks ordered on-site are paid for directly to the bar staff. The Reservatório da Patriarcal (Fridays and Saturdays) does not have bar service, as it is an old building, a Portuguese architectural heritage venue belonging to the Water Museum.

Dinner is not available at Pavilhão Chinês and Reservatório da Patriarcal. During our Sunday concerts at EmbaiXada, you can stay and dine at Gin Lovers after the concert. Is there a student discount for the Real Ticket category?

There is no student discount available for the Real Ticket category — the discount applies only to the standard Ticket.The two ticket types are located in different areas of the venue, so we recommend not purchasing tickets from both categories, as guests will need to be seated in separate sections during the concert.

Is it possible to purchase tickets upon arrival at the concert?

Yes, payments can be made by cash or card at the concert entrance. However, many concerts sell out on the day itself, so we recommend purchasing tickets in advance to guarantee your seat.Tickets are available online through our website. Real Fado guests have free parking?

For all concerts, regardless of location, you can leave your car in the EmbaiXada parking lot. The entrance is at Calçada da Patriarcal 40, 1250-182 Lisbon. Simply indicate over the intercom that you're coming to the Real Fado concert.

What is the cancellation policy?

Customers will receive a full refund or credit if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the start of the activity.Customers will also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.In the event of a cast change due to illness or emergency, the operator guarantees the replacement of the artists; therefore, refunds do not apply in these situations.Please contact us by phone to cancel or if you have any questions regarding cancellation and refund options.  In the event of non-attendance, the total price will still apply.

What is the minimum age to attend the concerts?

The recommended minimum age is 6 years. However, as the concerts take place in a family-friendly environment, we welcome children of any age, provided they remain quiet during the performance. If a child’s behavior disrupts the concert, parents or accompanying adults may be asked to leave the venue.
